Born and raised in
Charleston, South Carolina. A 1960 graduate of the Citadel
The Military College of South Carolina. Eddie is the broker
in charge and has over 40 years of experience in real-estate
sales and Land development. Eddie is the founder of Limerick
Inc. He has recently passed the company management on to his
son Ryan Weekley, allowing him to concentrate completely on
sales and new developments. Eddie has developed many
successful neighborhoods including Parrot Bluff, Citadel
Woods, Winnsboro Lakes, Covington Hills, Church Creek III
and Wakendaw Place. Eddie also has another son Walt Weekley
who has been a builder for over 20 years and has been
heavily involved with many of these developments. |

WEEKLEY

I was born and raised in Charleston South
Carolina and have been in sales for over 20 years. I have learned many
things through the years, most importantly that service, trust and
honesty are a must when working with people.
I refined these lessons in the service industry as a sales manager of a
local Anheuser Busch Distributor. I am married to Jeanne and have two
children Abbey and McGuire. I enjoy, boating (Lake Greenwood) and
golfing. I am also heavily involved with the City of Charleston Recreation
Center. I'm a firm believer in giving back to my community, and I take
time to coach baseball, basketball, football and softball.
As the owner of the company, the
client comes first. I make sure our clients are comfortable with
their decisions. This is why my philosophy is simple... It's All About You!

JEANNE
WEEKLEY

Originally from Ohio Jeanne moved here in 1989 for the warmer weather
and the beauty of the low country. Born the youngest of six children,
Jeanne attended Ohio University before relocating to Charleston. Jeanne
received her Property Management License in 1991 and worked for a local
property owner, in the management of over 500 units. Taking some time
off from Property Management to begin a family with her husband Ryan,
she worked for a locally owned business handling insurance reimbursement
in the medical field. This allowed her more time to spend with their two
children. Jeanne has recently joined Ryan, in taking over the management
of Limerick Real Estate and is excited about once again working in the
field of real estate and property management. Jeanne is very involved
with their children’s school and along with her husband, enjoys coaching
both children in a variety of sports through the James Island Recreation
Department. Not only in business but in all aspects of life, Jeanne
truly believes in the Limerick Real Estate motto, “It’s all about you”.

TOM
WOODALL

Making the transition as the
owner of a successful residential construction company in
Atlanta, Georgia, Tom began his residency in the Low Country
with a focus on land development and most recently, as a
realtor.
As a residential builder for fifteen years, Tom offers a
unique combination to you, the prospective buyer or seller.
His knowledge of the Charleston real estate market is
coupled with his in-depth recognition and knowledge of
quality home construction, a real advantage given the
substantial investment made in your home.
In addition to expertise, Tom demonstrates another critical
success factor when choosing your realtor: absolute
dedication to customer service. His new home, remodeling,
and basement finishing clientele, comprised of over 300
homeowners, was entirely based upon referrals. |
Tom parlayed
these same traits earlier in his successful service industry
career as a multi-unit franchisee for Domino’s pizza for
seven years in the San Francisco Bay area. He is married,
the father of two children and enjoys fitness classes, yoga
and running, most recently having completed the Boston and
Alaska’s Mayor’s Midnight Challenge marathons, the latter as
a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in
Training.
As a member of the Limerick Real Estate sales team,
Tom not only believes “It’s all about you”, but has always
made this his business practice. He looks forward to meeting

experience. Ronnie is a Realtor and Surveyor Consultant for

served seven years on the Charleston County Planning and
Zoning Commission serving two years as Chairman. He has
written articles and taught seminars for realtors, land

I grew up in North Charleston
and currently live in Summerville with my husband, Doug. I
understand the joys and frustrations of moving. We have
lived in eight states including three times in Texas and as
far away as Washington State. My love for the low country
brought me back home to stay.
Doug and I have been married for twenty-eight years. We have
three children and three grandchildren. We enjoy traveling
and spending time with our family. I enjoy giving back to my
community by volunteering. |

He is married with two children and enjoys coaching, fishing
and boating.
Billy is not only successful as a real estate agent, but is
a builder with his partner Mark Lenhart and has built nice
custom homes in Beresford Creek and Grassy Creek. Billy has
