WEEKLEY

Born and raised in
Charleston, South Carolina. A 1960 graduate of the Citadel
The Military College of South Carolina. Eddie is the broker
in charge and has over 40 years of experience in real-estate
sales and Land development. Eddie is the founder of Limerick
Inc. He has recently passed the company management on to his
son Ryan Weekley, allowing him to concentrate completely on
sales and new developments. Eddie has developed many
successful neighborhoods including Parrot Bluff, Citadel
Woods, Winnsboro Lakes, Covington Hills, Church Creek III
and Wakendaw Place. Eddie also has another son Walt Weekley
who has been a builder for over 20 years and has been
heavily involved with many of these developments.

RYAN
WEEKLEY

I was born and raised in Charleston South
Carolina and have been in sales for over 20 years. I have learned many
things through the years, most importantly that service, trust and
honesty are a must when working with people.
I refined these lessons in the service industry as a sales manager of a
local Anheuser Busch Distributor. I am married to Jeanne and have two
children Abbey and McGuire. I enjoy, boating (Lake Greenwood) and
golfing. I am also heavily involved with the City of Charleston Recreation
Center. I'm a firm believer in giving back to my community, and I take
time to coach baseball, basketball, football and softball. |

JEANNE
WEEKLEY
 |
Originally from Ohio Jeanne moved here in 1989 for the warmer weather
and the beauty of the low country. Born the youngest of six children,
Jeanne attended Ohio University before relocating to Charleston. Jeanne
received her Property Management License in 1991 and worked for a local
property owner, in the management of over 500 units. Taking some time
off from Property Management to begin a family with her husband Ryan,
she worked for a locally owned business handling insurance reimbursement
in the medical field. This allowed her more time to spend with their two
children. Jeanne has recently joined Ryan, in taking over the management
of Limerick Real Estate and is excited about once again working in the
field of real estate and property management. Jeanne is very involved
with their children’s school and along with her husband, enjoys coaching
both children in a variety of sports through the James Island Recreation
Department. Not only in business but in all aspects of life, Jeanne
truly believes in the Limerick Real Estate motto, “It’s all about you”.
In working with her, you will find that trust and honesty are a

CAROLYN RHYNE

I grew up in
Western North Carolina, the second of ten children. In 1999
I moved to Mount Pleasant, SC as a result of job transfer.
In addition to working in Real Estate, I am also a Project
Manager with Sprint. I will complete my 37th year with them
in September. I entered the real estate field because of my
interest in buying and remodeling homes and I found that
this is a true passion for me. I have two children, a son in
Charleston and a daughter in Florida and three beautiful
grandchildren. My husband Andy and I enjoy the Citadel
baseball games and trying to play golf! Because of my love
for the real estate industry I truly believe that “It’s all
about you”. I will take whatever steps are necessary to make
sure I find just the right home for you. |

Ronnie L. Tyler is a Real Estate Broker with 21 years
experience and a Professional Land Surveyor with 39 years
experience. Ronnie is a Realtor and Surveyor Consultant for
the development, planning, construction and sale of
residential, commercial and industrial real estate. Ronnie
served seven years on the Charleston County Planning and
Zoning Commission serving two years as Chairman. He has
written articles and taught seminars for realtors, land
surveyors, title abstractors, paralegals, and attorneys. |

President and Surveyor-in-charge for Terra Firma, Inc.,
specializing in real estate development, boundary issues,
and forensic surveys. He has experience in court litigation
matters including real estate boundary and title issues.
Ronnie has qualified in court as an expert in the field of
land surveying and title abstraction.
As a native of South Carolina I have had the pleasure of
being reared in Charleston. I would love to share my

Born and raised in
Charleston, South Carolina. A 1989 graduate of the Citadel
and was inducted in the hall of fame for baseball. Billy has
almost 20 years experience in sales.
Billy parlayed these same traits earlier in his successful
insurance industry as a sales agent with State Farm Agency.
He is married with two children and enjoys coaching, fishing
and boating.
Billy is not only successful as a real estate agent, but is
a builder with his partner Mark Lenhart and has built nice
custom homes in Beresford Creek and Grassy Creek. Billy has
teamed up with this company because he believes in our
